Great class on Saturday!

Thanks to those of you who made the snowman banner class on Saturday so great! I hope to be offering this class in my home soon; family scheduling can be so tricky though!

My next class in New Stanton is on Saturday, February 20th, noon to 2:30. We are doing these adorable stacking memory boxes! This pattern can easily be applied to clay pots, shelves, etc.! R.S.V.P's are required! Cost is $25!

Check me out on Donna's Blog!

Hi! Donna's been posting pictures from the education summit in Florida a few weeks back. I'm in all of the big group pictures, usually in the front row b/c I'm so short! Here's a picture she posted of me the last day while working on a painting: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHrXOmZzP26t3Q_RykOFNKOBDlU7SGqOVDeOeioSUignX9tvVDIAW5dySDjHcuEtwzxup_z3rfyvDd4WVWgcSkHapMH0-BWJstXRHdBdwrr2aMygkg2M3Hu2S80zjpiWXoQXMxJWK0WHk/s1600-h/summitday5_273.JPG

My Paintings from the Education Summit in Florida

Here are some of the things I painted last week in Donna Dewberry's Education Summit!

We did this hanging canvas on Monday.

This sunset was done in HD.

We used lots of metallic paint and added extreme glitter to paint this proud peacock!

Donna threw this project in on the last day. It was my favorite piece of the week!

Donna 2010 Pittsburgh visit!

Hi! I've been in Florida all week painting and crafting at Donna Dewberry's Education Summit. I spoke with Donna today and she wants to come back to Pittsburgh to do another workshop this year! We very tentatively penciled in October 7-9th. Be sure to check my blog for updates!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!

I know I haven't updated this blog in a while, but that will change this year. My family is still recovering from the loss of my father-in-law who passed away on Thanksgiving morning. We are slowly getting back into things.

I haven't posted pictures from Donna's visit to PA in November, but you can find most of them on her blog at this link: http://dewberrycrafts.blogspot.com/2009/11/crafty-wave-event-workshop-in-pa.html

This Sunday I am flying to Florida for a week of painting with Donna at the 2010 Education Summit. I can't wait to come back and share with you the things I learn!

My next class in New Stanton is January 23rd, from Noon to 2:30. We are doing a holiday banner! I hope to see you there!

Don't forget to see my calendar link at the right for my full class schedule!
