Your class on February 20, 2010 was great - lots of fun with an excellent teacher. I would recommend it for anyone new to one-stroke painting. It is a nice project and a good review for experienced painters. One can learn a lot from watching how you organize and teach your classes.
Level II Elite One Stroke Certified Instructor, Certified wOil instructer, Dewberry Crafts leadership team, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I've been crafting since the age of four when my Grandma taught me to sew while sitting on her "davenport". Since then I've always had something (or several things) going on, be it making my own barbie clothes, crocheting blankets for my dolls, sewing my sister's prom dress, to making my own bouquets for my wedding and quilting a baby blanket for our first child. I've done scrapbooking, sewing, quilting, embroidery, gallery glass painting, cake decorating, jewelry making, and pastel painting. When I picked up my first One Stroke paint brush in fall of 2006, it was like a fish taking to water. (OK, maybe more like the second class that it clicked so permanently!) I became a certified teacher in August, 2007, and have been teaching ever since. I am a busy mom with three young boys, but I always make time for my craft. It is my passion (and therapy) and I love sharing this joy of crafting with my students or adding just a little bit of beauty to the world through my creations!
